12x15sq.ft. and the other bedroom is 10x12sq.ft and the living room is approx.
15x15sq.ft. The total sq. ft of the apartment is approx. 1100sq. Great kitchen,
marble countertops, hardwood floors and the bathroom has a steamroom shower and
it's also marble, double marble sinks, tubs. Parking is at the alley and so the
access of the apartment. It's a residential nieghborhood. Security Alarm system,
cable tv, electricity, gas included. The area is near close to the grocery store
PCC 6 blocks away. Bus line to North, South, East and West Route is a walking
