I am leaving the country permanently so I am looking for someone to take over my
lease at Acacia Court starting in June. The lease is up in Jan 2009. June rent
is negotiable.
This is a studio with private bathroom, built-in desk, bookshelves, closet,
fridge and microwave. I can leave some other furnitures/things for you to use.
This building is new and clean; with security entrance, roof-top garden,
courtyard, and on-site manager available during office hours from Monday to
Friday.
There is a shared kitchen with basic kitchen facilities and lockable cabinets
for personal use. Maintenance staff takes care of the kitchen cleaning.
The location is extremely convenient. It is one block away from Safeway, Trader
Joes, Walgreen, the Ave, and is approximately 15 minutes away from UW campus by
walking. You can also take bus #43, #44, #49, and #67 to UW; #66 to downtown.
All buses are within one block.
Utility and internet are included in the rent. Only electricity is paid by the
tenant. Parking is available by request.
This is a type C studio at Acacia Court. You can check the floor plan from the
