The Things We Need
Since the inception of Northwest Foundation of Washington, there has been an overwhelmingly favorable public response. The Northwest Foundation of Washington has an immediate need for specific items to help deliver services to our community. We plan to spend each dollar wisely and only ask for those items that provide for an immediate need.
Our Wishlist
Used Motor Home - A used motor home in good working condition is needed to accommodate volunteers during outreach in localized communities and neighborhoods. The motor home will be used as a mobile field office for conducting survey interviews, Staff and volunteers would use vehicle for travel to regional foundation events when distance allows thus saving air travel expenses. It will also serve as a mobile office for fundraising and educational events.
Personnel – The overwhelming response from our community has created need for additional resources. Funds are required to hire a part-time volunteer coordinator. Hiring a professional volunteer coordinator will double our ability to utilize effectively the valuable time of our volunteers.
